Arrivals/Pick-ups:
If for any reason you are going to arrive after 17.00 (emergencies only) can you please contact us on the Take Part mobile phone with as much notice as possible: 07522 122 955. We will be operating a signing in/signing out procedure for every child. It is important you notify us if anyone else will be collecting your child/children.

What to Wear:
Where possible (weather permitting) we will take the children outside for breaks and lunchtimes and some session activities. Please make sure your child has waterproof footwear, a coat and comfortable clothing.

Food and Drink:
Please make sure your child brings a water bottle and a packed lunch (strictly no nuts). There will be a tuck shop available at break times for children to buy drinks, snacks and crisps, items will be individually priced between 50p- 60p. (Tuck shop items are not included in the activity camp price).

Behaviour:
To ensure ALL the children enjoy their time at Activity Camp, we need to provide a safe and caring environment. In order to facilitate this, Take Part staff will positively manage children's behaviour in a way that is fair, consistent and appropriate to the child's age, understanding and stage of development. If a child is believed to be acting in an unsuitable or disruptive manner, this will be communicated to you (parents/carers) about the nature of the incident and action taken. We would like to thank you in advance for your support in this matter.

COVID 19:
If we suspect that a member of Take Part (pupil or staff) is showing signs or symptoms of COVID-19 our responsibility is to immediately isolate the individual and arrange immediate collection of them from the premises.

We kindly ask if your child is displaying any COVID like symptoms or has been instructed to self isolate, they do not attend.

We'd like to thank you in advance for your cooperation. If you have any questions or queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
